Use this page to apply for private music lessons. Submit a new form for each type of lesson you desire. All information is required. Your teacher will contact you with more information.
Note:
- You need to commit to having a place and a regular time to practice.
- Lesson fees vary. Your teacher will tell you how much the lessons cost and how they are to be paid for.
- Your lessons are considered outside the CAJ curriculum. This service offered by CAJ is a contract between the student and the teacher and is supported by the family.
- Elementary students:
- Only piano and strings are available.
- Please do not use this form for elementary band instrument lessons. Assignments to these will be announced later in the fall.
Once you click submit, you will be shown a link to a permission slip which must be signed by your parents or guardians and taken or faxed to your lesson teacher.
